What is the difference if I perceive myself as a woman or a „Weib“? And has this an influence on my leadership style and my success? And why is Shakti part of it?
As a woman, I am part of a society that is mainly embedded in masculine principles: found a family, get children, work and contribute to family income, love and care. Career is possible and feasible, based on masculine principles like hierarchy and structure, performance and efficiency, planing and control, order and execution, apparent motivation and progress by fear. I experience that leadership based on fear has its limits.
What is fear? It is the absence of love. Fear generates an ever growing feeling of uncertainty, sorry, faint. In this kind of environment, outstanding performance and identification with what I do is not possible.
As a „WEIB“ , I form and engrave familiy, organization, society. I life the female principal: sense, holiness, intuition, feelings, embracement and forgiveness. Career is the result of my feelings, thoughts, words and actions and is not the target itself. By living like that, I create space fro my team and leadership based on sense, values and respect. The people unfold their full potential, because there is no fear. They identify with their tasks, tolles and the organization. Each human being carries these qualities.
